How do I know which size to get for my child?

We hope to make choosing the right size for your toddler easier for you through our size guide. Please click here to help you determine the right shoe size for your little one.

Do you accept exchanges if we ordered the wrong size?

Absolutely! If you chose the wrong size for your child, please send us an email via heythere@islaandaiden.com. We’ll gladly assist you on your concern. We want your toddlers to always have happy little feet.

What are my payment options?

We accept the following:

Paypal
BPI bank transfer
GCash

Let us know if you’d like us to add other payment options more convenient for you and we’d gladly explore that for you!

SHIPPING

How much is your shipping fee? When do I receive my purchase?

We offer free shipping for orders worth Php 2,500 and up!

For orders below Php 2,500, the following are our shipping rates:

Within Metro Manila:
- Flat rate of Php 120 for 1-2 days delivery
- Same day delivery or pick-up via Grab or Lalamove (this can be made upon request)
Outside Metro Manila: flat rate of Php 180 for 5-7 days delivery

For our launch week, we’re offering free shipping for ALL orders!

How do I track my order?

We will be sending you via email or SMS your order’s tracking details provided by our courier. Feel free to contact us via email or DM for any concerns.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you bought the wrong size, don’t worry! We’d gladly exchange your purchase. We have a 7-day exchange policy and we accept exchanges for shoes that are unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

If you received a damaged pair, we will also exchange it for you.
